All notifications are delivered via Telegram. Once you've purchased and verified your email with our bot, you'll receive an invite link to a private Telegram group where alerts are posted instantly.
Wednesday only covers Wednesday night events. All Announcements covers every Exeter nightclub event, every night of the week — Monday through Sunday.
Yes. Cancel via the Stripe customer portal anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period then are automatically removed from the group.

No. Exeter Notify is completely independent. We monitor public Fixr listings and alert you when events go live. No affiliation with any venue, Fixr, or the University of Exeter.
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal — there's a link in your welcome email or any billing email from us. Once cancelled, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and then be automatically removed from the group. No fuss, no hassle.
We're not able to offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been charged. Because Exeter Notify is a digital service with immediate access, each billing cycle is considered used once it begins. We'd always recommend cancelling a day or two before your renewal date if you no longer need the service.
We completely understand — life gets busy and it's easy to forget! Unfortunately, because the service remains active during holidays (events still go live and alerts are still sent), we're unable to issue refunds for periods where the subscription was running. To avoid future charges, you're welcome to cancel and re-subscribe when term starts again. Your spot will always be there.
